Killarah Gunner
Killarah Gunner came to us from Killarah Koolies on the south coast of NSW. He is out of Royalla Vale Kodak and Coolibah Pricilla. He was born on the 14th of December 2013 and is a Black Merle with lots of Irish Trim. He is our only long coated Koolie at Avondale. He is registered Section B with the Koolie Club of Australia (under Avondale Gunner) and is also registered with the Working Koolie Association of Australia and the German Coolie World Registry.
Gunner is our main paddock dog and brings large mobs (of 600-800) in alongside the motorbike with ease! He is quick and agile, very obedient and sensitive - just a lovely natured boy. After a run in with a Ram when he was 14 months old, he has chosen to not work the yards anymore, however before this incident was showing great strength in the yards.
He has been fully DNA tested through Orivet and Embark. He came back 100% Koolie through Embark. Gunner carries Degenerative Myelopathy (DM) - being a carrier Gunner will never get DM and neither will his offspring when bred to a clear dog, but half of his offspring will also be carriers so any litter he sires will be health tested and only clear offspring sold to breeding homes.

Avondale Boy Scout
Avondale Boy Scout was bred and retained from our first litter here at Avondale Koolies.He is out of Tjukurpa Kool Bo and Allambie Harley. He was born on the 11th of July 2014 and is a solid chocolate with Irish Trim. He resides with my father in law on Avondale 700m away. He is registered A class with the Koolie Club of Australia and is also registered with the German Coolie World Registry.
Scout is a very versatile worker. He works both the paddocks and the yards. He has bark and bite. He is quick and agile and like his mother would go all day! He is a very loyal fella and loves to please.
Scout has been DNA tested through Orivet and Embark. He came back 100% Koolie through Embark. Scout carries Collie Eye Anomaly (CEA) - being a carrier Scout will never get CEA and neither will his offspring when bred to a clear dog, but half of his offspring will also be carriers so any litter he sires will be health tested and only clear offspring sold to breeding homes.
Allambie Tuxedo
Tux was bred by Allambie Koolies in Far North Queensland - He is out of Allambie Binda and Allambie Gucci and he was born on the 12th of Jan 2017. He is registered section A with the Koolie Club of Australiand is also registered withthe German Coolie World Registry. He is a solid black tri, he has great drive, is still training on stock but is VERY keen and has very little fear. He has some fantastic old working lines behind him and he has a great eye. He is 100% DNA clear (by parentage), he carries the long hair gene and is also clear for dilute. He has a fantastic structure I expect him to mature around 50cm tall (20 inches) and 16-17 kilos (36-38lbs) His DNA is pending with embark, but as mentioned above he is 100% clear.
